I think almost all of have been gultiy of doing this at some point or another. All it did for me was delay me paying off my debt and didn’t allow me to be forced to take a look at my spending habits. Fortunately for me this mistake was made when I was 20 and I learned from it and I now live debt free and only use rewards credit cards that I do not carry a balance on.
